It's the Howe Aevune launch access. 5 dollars to park your car there. Easy launch, short paddle downstream to fishing grounds.
Howe is off of 50 in Sac on way to Tahoe.

A lot fish still down there, headed out this morning with a buddy and tossed spinners on from bank near the waterpump and a big Nada! A lot of big fish rolling tho so there in there. if 2maro is not anything like 2day, i will be there
