Am I Reading this Right....?

Work has been nuts this year and I haven't even seen the ocean (well I have from an airplane or airport, but that doesn't count) so I just looked at the CA DFG Rockfish regulations. Unless I'm reading this wrong, which is entirely possible, the rockfish season this year from Point Arena to Big Sur is open till the end of the year, December 31. And lingcod only have to be 22-inches?

Can someone confirm this for me as if it's true, my Thankgiving in Asilomar just got a whole bunch better.....
