Nice work guys.  Maybe it is because I work in a hospital or because I have had 2 different friends stab their own hand killing fish and requiring stitches but I was just watching and wanted to comment that it looked like the knife was pretty close to your thumb a few times when you were holding fish with your thumb in their mouths.  Be safe out there and glad to see you are feeding the family.  Looks delicious.

You're 100% right. I need to be careful with that knife...especially since I am not very delicate and am generally pretty clumsy.
