Nah... I'd pass again.  For $700, I'd expect a new boat with a warranties and all.  If you're will to pay that much, you might want to give Sean a call and see what kind of deal he can do for you on a new Cobra Marauder which you won't find on Craigslist.

A friend of mine bought an almost new tarpon 140 off craigslist for $400 about 3 months ago.  it didn't have all the stuff though.

Check all the akyak shops for there rental fleet I know in the east bay the t140 is a popular rental and sunrise sells them for 450 just keep looking around you will find the right one

There are MUCH better deals to be had. Just keep your eyes open. Check here too as the NCKA group always watches for yak sales and we post 'em.
