  Thanks for the info man!  I just opened my first WAF account with great timing,  I just finished our house remodel and now have a great job...  account's in the green!

I just got the go-ahead for the week-end but, "I have to bring back some fish."

Not sure yet, Jim. How's the fishing at Ocean Cove? I've never fished there before. If my friend Bob is with me then I will probably hit the Fort, if he's not with me then I'd like to try someplace new.

I think I'll be at the fort on saturday, probably arrive around 8:00 or so.

I've fished out of Ocean Cove many times and IMO the Fort is usually better but if you want to come give OC a try I'm down. The other issue is if you're not camping they will charge you both a day use fee and a launch fee so it will be like 15 bucks or so. Most people won't pay that much to kayak launch. jim

Looks like Bob is coming with me, so the Fort it is. Right now we're leaning towards Sunday. I'll know for sure by tomorrow morning.

We will be at Fort Ross between 7-8 AM...Ted and I will be carpooling.......

Hopefully the south swell period will back down like they forecast to around a 15-16 sec by Sat. It's packing a serious punch with the 20+sec periods right now. Probably have the fishies lying down. Oh well, never know til ya go...
