Definitely going to need everyone's help on setting up the potluck. Hope to have everything ready to go at 5pm!

OK, I ain't Pinoy, but I probably have dinuguan running through my veins.  I had a lot of Filipino friends in high school and was introduced to the dish then.  Every single one of those friends professed that their mom's version was the best, so I got to try a lot.  Although I haven't eaten any in years, I still consider myself to be a connoisseur.
