WTB kid sized kayak paddle and kayak rack

Summer is almost over and I want to take my 7 year old out camping and fishing before school starts in a couple weeks.  I bought a small 8' yak on CL for $150 that should fit him just fine forna few years.  We're all set with the PFD, but I need a paddle that would work for my boy and also a kayak rack that would fit along side a Yakima Bowdown rack.

Next week I plan on throwing the yaks on top and putting an air mattered in the back of the SUV and see where we end up... Probably out towards Mammoth and June lake.

Anyway.... Anyone have either of these that they can part with for a fair price?  Thanks!
