The wierdest thing!

SO yesterday I'm unpacking my van when this big bird swooped my head and landed on the kayaks...After doing the matrix I look up and its A beautiful pigeon!...After watching it for A few minutes it flew off to A neighbors roof around three houses down..Brenda and I are sitting there looking at it I decided to start clapping... Brenda looks over at me like I was retarded and asks..What the hell are you doing? I told her to shut up and watch...The bird takes A few laps over my house and lands on the yaks again....... I then throw some feed on the floor from my parakeets and it starts eating.....My dog loca comes running full throttle out the house and the bird spooks and flys right into my chest! ...I took it to the backyard and gave it more food and water...... After its fill it then flys into my house..... It eventually made it to the door which I had open and flew away! It was the coolest thing Ive seen in A long time...I kept looking around for some kind of note but no dice...The end.... Pics to follow.

Sounds like the pigeon was a domestic pet maybe?

My guess is yes...It was well taken care of!

Was probably my bird... Lost him while we lived in Santa Cruz back in the 80's. He would fly back and yell at me for food from the roof almost every sat for years. Then he got a girlfriend and never saw him again... Parrots live quite well there and are breeding if they find another like them
