Andy Fishmaster1 has not been in the water since May because his wetsuit broke.

He has had a HARD time recently with the death of his aunt, followed shortly by the death of his uncle, followed shortly by the death of his cousin...

 :smt009

He needs some underwater therapy in a bad way...

If anybody has a lead on a good deal for a 7mm suit, and/or wants to donate any amount of $$ to help with the purchase of a suit, please send me a PM.

We don't need no fancy opencell suit...just a regular dive suit that will let our buddy get back into the water spearfishing and ab diving.

I already got Porky, Rick, lapulapu, Sailfish, Ben, chaeki, Dale L, Darius, yakhopper, bmb, Mooch, EWB, Kayakjames, lucky 13, baitnbeer, iroelikethat, shellback, tiny, uminchu naoaki, jedmo, hamachi john, ccup, thirsty hursty, dpshim, desert diver and myself in to donate.

Thank you!!

 :smt006

Sincerely,

Jim

ps...If you've ever been the lucky recipient of any of the fried goodness that he has cooked up at countless events/fish n chills, this would be a great way to pay it forward and help FryMaster1 out!  :smt002

You all rock and make me feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Ben is a CL hawk and came across two possibilities already:

http://monterey.craigslist.org/spo/2463669015.html

http://monterey.craigslist.org/spo/2490218156.html

Andy can contact these folks and see if the suits are good and if they fit...

I will get him the $$ as soon as he knows if either one of these is a viable option.

I will then divide the price by the number of people who said they wanted to donate and let you all know the share.

If anybody has any other leads, please post them up!!

THANK YOU!!

Count me in. With over a dozen people willing to chip in, let's get the man something decent. I don't know where to find a deal, but  here's a couple...

http://www.scubastore.com/scuba-diving/mares-instinct-camo-brown-7-5-mm/8114/p
http://www.scubastore.com/scuba-diving/cressi-tecnica-ultraspan-7mm/8058/p

with shipping, it'd be right around $300. That's <$25 per person. Just a thought.
