Topic: Why doesn't my 'Instant Message" feature work all the time? (Read 823 times)

Any clues???

Only seems to work on one computer I have.....

When I hover over the "Who's Online" I get a 'javascript:void(0)' error

+1 its usually a plugins needed..

top of your screen.
click on 'tools'
make sure the 'compatibility view' is unchecked.
I had the same prob and was driving me crazy until I figured it out.
