Just tossing the idea around of going to clearlake for the weekend to catch crappie I have familly that live on the lake and they say the bite is on, not huge but great numbers about 2lbs but lots 60 a day or so. seems to me there arent much better options right now as my favorite lake del valle is mud city and I dont see it clearing enough this weekend. Hope to see some ncka studs out there but I know its a pretty good drive from the bay area.

If anyone is looking for good Clearlake intel www.catfished.com is great.  Nice people that really know Clearlake.  They have been unbelievably helpful when I went over.
