Count Down To ALBION!!!

How do most folks get there from south bay?  By 128, or go past it to 253?

Totally take 128. The first and last 10 miles are windy, but the rest is beautiful. That is the drive I take all my out-of-town guests. It has it all....and a brewery around the corner.

And the wx looks to be getting better.

Saturday: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming W around 6 kt in the morning. Patchy fog before 11am. Mixed swell...WNW 5 to 6 ft and WSW 1 ft. Wind waves around 1 ft.

Quick question regarding the Albion River, what are the regs for fishing it?  Is it off limits?  If not, is there anything in it worth pursuing?

Salmon and steelhead is catch & release unless you find a stray hatchery steelhead. Not worth it unless your crabbing.

Wasn't sure if you went up far enough if you might run into bass or other warm water species.  Thanks!

If any of you get a chance stop at my family friends winery. Its of the 128 and its called Meyer Family Cellars and has a great spot to have a picinic lunch or even play a game of bochee ball.

We have been blessed with some decent WX although Friday will be windy and there is a small boat advisory.

Friday: NW wind 13 to 15 kt. Patchy fog before 11am. Mixed swell...WNW 6 ft at 9 seconds and SW 2 ft at 15 seconds. Wind waves around 3 ft.

Sunday: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming WNW 5 to 10 kt in the morning. Patchy fog before 11am. Mixed swell...WNW 5 ft and W 2 ft. Wind waves around 1 ft.

Sonny, do you have a trailer?  Unfortunately, I'm packed to the gills but if you had a trailer, I could tow it and make room for you.  I'm leaving with my brother-in-law at 3:30 am tomorrow and can stop by to pick you up.
