Thanks for being the Guinea Pigs!  It looks like I will continue to order from Hook1.

I also ordered from hook 1 last week.  One item is on back order, but they sent my order anyway and will send the back order item this week when it comes in.  They were very fast to ship.

I've ordered from them a few times. Always good service and timely fulfillment. Highly recommended. No retailer is perfect. What counts is how they handle the inevitable problems. They've shone so far.

Sorry to dig an old post. Hook1 may still be working out some kinks down there. Sent me a 90degree flush mount rod holder instead of the angled. And instead of 2 sets of pad eyes, I received 2 pcs. I was surprised with the extra fast delivery though. Called them up right away and they told me to just keep the rod holders for free and they will ship the correct ones. What a Customer Service!!! KEEP IT UP HOOK1!
