Hi Guys,

I'm kicking around the idea of going out somewhere ( Ft Ross/Timber Cove/Still Water North etc) for some Abs/Uni/fish.  Possibly even hitting Lawson's first to grab some clams before driving up the coast.  The swell/wave forecast looks like the best its been in weeks, conditions should be decent.

My normal dive buddy is getting shipped out to the Midwest to deal with the aftermath of the tornadoes and flooding, and I'm not quite crazy or desperate enough to go alone.

Anyone  interested in going?

Feel free to respond to this post or PM me. I've been dying to try out a new (used) speargun and homemade floatline

Wow, no one? Look at this forecast, I haven't seen anything better this year so far:

Sun...SE winds 5 to 15 kt. Wind waves 1 to 3 ft. NW swell 2 to 4 ft. Showers likely and slight chance of thunderstorms.

Does look nice for Sunday, almost thinking about heading to Elk for an adventerous day of fishing and diving. I'm sure you would be fine if you went to Ocean Cove or Salt point. Lots of extra people around to watch your back.
I'll rest when I'm dead!

Wes, ditch the Giants game :smt044  The weather is gonna suck to sit through a ball game, but it will be AWESOME for diving!  :smt002 Believe me, if I could get off work on Monday I would dive that day too.

I'm just giving you crap, have a great time on Sunday.  Timber Cove is a little over 2 hrs away from where I live, add 30-45 min for where you are.

If I had sick days, I'd call in for sure, but as a contractor, no work - no pay, and bills need to be paid!

OK, got one newbie going with me.  We will be at Lawson's around 7, and most likely diving Fisk Mill Cove later in the morning. I'll report back tomorrow how it goes!
