Good times Terry... But in that last picture... you should've been lifting your leg ala Capt. Morgan... Great pix bro...

Im glad that some were able to find some stoke and maybe start up their own mini tourneys.
LCT is followed by our eastern sierra tour (bridgeport 18), then La Jolla and beyond, and finally the central cal river runs.
With everyone on board to contribute with the documentation, Im hoping we can continue to inspire.
Maybe I missed it but did you divulge the winner of the trip?  Also, do you use the AOTY format for your tourny?  I ask because I'm looking at doing something similar for my annual Father's Day outing this year.

It had been almost a decade since I had won a Team B-port event and the "gatherer" label was getting really old.
Im hoping that this is my year and I can reclaim the coveted "coach" sweatshirt for the bridgeport trout hunt and sweep the other trips as well. Could this be the year of the spider?
LCT is loosely based on AOTY. We score species by points per inch but there really isn't any other rules.
B-port tour is simply the largest fish or as with other trips the most dominant angler as decided by the team. Even amongst the best of friends this can be challenging due to a "anyone but Terry" attitude. This is not undeserved treatment but still, this win was a long time coming.
The redhead did have a early lead but thankfully zumba class has priority over sitting in a plastic boat in wind and rain.

Here's a few more shots of the adventure.  Pic 1 is the mad excitement of The Redhead's 22.5 incher.  It just goes to show that whether there are prizes from Tackle It on the line or not, we really just want to see each other score a great fish.  Pic 2 is the Kraken at (I think?) Long Tule Point.  Clear Lake is a beautiful place.  Pic 20 is Hydro and The Kraken at Mendo just before the weather came out of nowhere to kick us hard.  Pic 14 is Jebidiah and the muscle shot of an underling.  Man we have fun together.

The Polarcat

PS - WON is on the way Hydro.

Most importantly - THANKS!!! to the hosts The Redhead and Hydrospider (and Bijou) for opening their home to 4 smelly fisherman and their gear for 7 days.  You guys are awesome.

Wow, sounds like a great trip for all despite the weather. Congrats on some nice fish.
Remember to practice safe knots, because big fish don't just break your line, they also break your heart.
