Does someone have an extra paddle they can bring? My buddy might be coming up Friday evening and my loaner paddle has a broken pin.

It would be much appreciated!

Is there anyone going up this weekend that could stop by the Shelter Cove Campground office? I need for them to pick up a gift certificate from Sara; that Jack & Sara of Shelter Cove Campgrounds & RV are donating for PIF Paddle.

I can pick it up from you at the Yakhopper ARW event next week.

Good luck guys , I almost rallied but looks like I am staying close to home. Will definitely try to make it up sometime later this summer. Look forward to seeing the reports.

Once again, I was all packed to hit the Cove, but since I'm still recovering from my latest cold, I don't think it would be prudent to go given the potential weather conditions.
F#*k!!!! I guess I'll have to wait to go up there.
I'll live vicariously through those that didn't wimp out!

It should be interesting...  The latest forecast shows tomorrow looking potentially a bit difficult:

.SAT...E WIND 10 TO 15 KT...BECOMING SE 10 TO 20 KT IN THE AFTERNOON. WIND WAVES 3 FT. NW SWELL 3 TO 4 FT AT 9 SECONDS. RAIN LIKELY.

Sunday still looks good

.SUN...SE WIND 5 TO 10 KT. WIND WAVES 2 FT OR LESS. NW SWELL 3 FT. SHOWERS LIKELY.

but this year's been so squirly and weird - we'll see...

Anyway, sorry to those who can't make it.  Domenic and I are pretty sure we'll make it down there Sunday.  Ready to womp on something big.
