Haha. I'm mostly a catch and release guy myself, but I'll probably bring back a ling or two for my old lady's folks.

I might get myself down there too if Im not too lazy and decide to take my boat out instead.  I want a 40" ling, salmon, and halibut.  Hopefully this rain will be done.  I wanted to take my boat out today for the first time this year after getting some repairs done for a test run, but it has been pouring off and on.

 Water is looking mighty flat for another epic days of heavy stringers.

Keeping my eye on the Wx too. I'll head up Friday if it holds.

Hey Chadrock - Do you plan on fishing on Friday? I'm hoping to get up there by noon, and if the winds are still down I'm gonna fish in close somewhere.

*EDIT - Nevermind. Just saw that you plan on leaving in the afternoon.

To the GS5.1 gang, unfortunately I will not going to be able to join you guys up in Shelter Cove.  I just now  recover from some kine of stomach flu that I had during the memorial weekend. Wish you guys all the luck and tight lines.

Sorry you got the flu.  Get well soon my friend, hope to see you at Eric's ARW event.

As of this morning, weather underground forecasting the following chances of rain at SC for this weekend:
Fri = 70%
Sat = 30%
Sun = 20%
Mon = 10%.

Swell and wind forecasts still look good for all days with swell forecast to increase Monday PM.

Got to love springtime weather.  That forecast will probably change six times by Saturday :smt044
