I am bringing 2 friends one will rent a yak and the other will SUP, they will both bring beer and chips and dips. I will additionally bring some hot dogs, and a big bag of charcoal. and a small table. I hope a small army post up on this thread..

...a little off topic but will we have name tags? I think this will help to keep people in check as well. I'll be there early to help set up.

I haven't decided on what to bring.  In the worse case, I'll bring beer /  chips / utensils

I'll bring some sort of desert. Some meat to grill too. Maybe BBQ pork sandwiches.

my niece will be making red velvet cup cakes....

Finally, I will bring tons of balut! Is anyone up for fear factor mania? will see probably Filipino Style spaghetti if theres a fryer I will bring some lupia as well...

someone mentioned a large grill?  How large?  As in tow behind a truck large?

El Pastor Tacos here - marinated pork  (spices, Pineapple & onion) mixed in with sauted napales, bell pepper, more onions and maybe some mushrooms. Lettuce and tomatoes on the side
