I just checked with state parks, Russian Gulch will be open through the summer.  I guess it has been closed for water system maintenance and will reopen tomorrow she said.  Whew!

camping was not but day use was...so is camping still on the board??? because I'm headed that way in a week to do all the above.... :smt001
It's all about Today!!! Because who knows what tomorrow will bring... so Better get OTW n GetSome

I'd check just to be sure but I got the impression that at least for the summer operation would be as normal, so camping and day use.

Boss,Bitchn',Cool DoryBoatYak.  Nice work you should be proud of.  As for RG, great fishing, I hit that area a couple times a year and so far had great success.  Nice usual RF with Cabs and Lings, occasional monkeyface.  Hopefully the wind and swell cooperate for you.  Ill keep an eye open for you and your vessel when Im in the area.  If you dive the area remember a couple of the mini canyons fading into the bowls... used similiar setup  bar or tail with fly or small plastic above .
