Well ... just picked up a new snowboard at a big spring discount.  I'm headed up to Tahoe to try it out this weekend.  Gonna give freestyling in the terrain park a serious workout (hopefully!).   I'm still thinking about a ski/fish weekend up there.  Anyone want to give it a go the weekend of March 26-27.  I can snag the large downstairs room in my cabin share and can fit 3-4 people there.  I suppose I should start a separate thread instead of hijacking this one.

Hmmm ... seems to me the only time I've fished with both Joel and Bill, Joel won that contest.

Allen - I'm in for that snowboard / kayak fish trip. I'll put that on my calendar!

Bill can definitely out fish me with it comes to rockcod (I seem to catch more snags then anybody :smt011  - that's why I hate fishing for 'em :smt013 - it gets pretty expensive at the end of the day)

but...when it comes to trout slaying.....Bill can  :smt008 my butt!

Joel, Bill.... are you guys sure you don't wanna hook-up with SteveS and I at Stinson for some killer perch action?

The last time Steve went he caught well over 20 fish in less that an hour! :smt103

Perhaps, you guys can just carpool there to save on gas.

BTW, we decided to start at 8am instead of 9:30 to get more fishing time and honey doos done at home tomorrow.

Joel isn't kidding about losing rigs, at greyhound rock he got the the point of giving us puppy-dog eyes until we gave him spare jigs..   I think he was a little undergunned as far as the line strength went.
