WAF points disappeared

So the kids and I have been working our tails off fixing up the backyard for the wife. We've been spending weekends and evenings pulling weeds, planting flowers and shrubs that she picked out. Heck I even cut down two ugly palms trees that had outgrown the yard.

So yesterday I get the bright idea to get something extra special for her for Mother's Day. She's always dropping hints about jewelry but I think I've become tone deaf to most of that range of speech. I call up and place the order. I even made sure it was delivered to the house within hours so she could start enjoying it early. Heck, even the whole dam neighborhood could see the fruits of my labor.




So the boss gets home last night and let's just say....... things didn't go as planned. Hell, I even made a personalized sign. What did I do wrong?

Looks like a pile of diamonds. Just add heat, pressure and a few million years! Well done. I actually showed the wife this one, she laughed but then again she doesn't have a pile of bark as a gift!

If there was anything wrong, you'll have to wait until you find your way into the driveway blocked by a pile of bricks and a set of plans for a combination wood/propane fired brick oven/bbq.  I had a buddy who out of the truest of love in his heart bought his wife a chainsaw for her birthday.  He didn't get it.  He didn't get it when she bought him a set of china with all the bells and whistles either.

no problems that I see, obviously the Missus doesnt understand fine mulch when she sees it.  I recommend pouting until SHE apologizes
