This weekend Harbor Freight and Tools had a sale on thier bigger wheels.  Instead of $15 each they were only $8.
I have tried and tried to get the light weight PVC wheels to work, but in the end they always break.

Now I have switched to pure metal.  I think this thing weighs 20 lbs.  Haven't used it yet, but it does look promising.

I do not plan on taking this monster with me on the water.  Either hide it in a bush or bring back to the car.

That is some serious tinker-toy work there Potto.  Just lock it to the nearest immovable object after you launch.

Kind of hard to lock it when you can take it apart pretty easy.
The Galvonized pipes were cheap, I would say less than 20 bucks.

If this doesn't work I'll have to convert to the Roll-EZ cart. I have spend enough money trying to get my own wheels to work.

Reassemble it with a tube of red Lok-Tite and it will never come apart...even if you want it to! :smt003

AYE, I did the red loctite treatment on the steel pipe on my cart and it has not moved at all.

Sean, after reading this ad for your cart looks like I will be getting one prior to August 11th...

Do you have them on stock or do I need to order? And does it break down to go inside the yak or do I have to lock it to a tree?

Matt:

We generally stock them.  They break down in a matter of moments and will fit inside most, but not all kayaks.  I have tried a number of other brands, and Rolleez is easily the best kart on the market.
