Thanks for all this great information everyone! I look forward to meeting lot's of you folks in person and will definitely be taking advantage of the hook-ups section.

I went out to Montezuma slough in Suisun marsh last night, trying to pick up a stiper or two. The winds were nasty and so were the waves. The 13 foot prowler trident handled the waves great. No luck on stripers though, but to be fair I did spend more time fighting the waves than fishing so hopefully I'll have better luck on a calmer day.

Definitely gotta try out ARW for some Halibut soon too. Thanks for everyone's input on that topic. I hear they've been catching a few of them out there right now.

you can launch Treasure island off the rock levee..but there's so many *&%# sailboats out in the central bay it can be sort of dangerous.  the sailboats are not very good at precise turning so keep your eyes open if you go and it would be best if you have a buddy.
