Rule #1 has been clarified with the following wording:

"All fish entered must be caught (i.e. hooked, fought, and landed) from a kayak"

Yes, someone tried to enter a fish that was fought and landed from land and not from a kayak.  Come on guys, this is a kayak fishing tournament.
