Dang Mickfish, you put the rest of us to shame.  Here i was griping about a measly hundred clam.  That long haired ruskie's got some pipes don't he?  I'm gonna ask my carpoolmate (grew up in Iron Curtain Russia) if she knows him.

I shelled out fiddy bux a person to go to this crab feed/fundraiser for the Junior Assistance League in downtown Campbell.  They were completely overwhelmed, but I was completely unsympathetic.  Waited 30 mins for our drinks, then another forty for a bowl of misc dungie parts, half of which were still frozen.  Can you believe that?

Might consider writing them a demand letter for recompensation.

Personally, I wouldn't write a recompensation letter because it's just not my style.  I never really expect much from a fundraiser.  However, I would let them know that you were disappointed.  Informing them of your experience will provide them the insight they need to make improvements for next year.  Of course, including your own suggestions wouldn't hurt either.
