Fished Amador in blue bird sky with light breeze. Lots of trollers on the water and they seemed to be catching too. I got no luck in trolling weighless nightcrawler and small minnow crankbati.  Finally I got 3 cutbows to 3.5# on nightcrawler under a bobbler. Lost a good one which intelligently wrapped the line around my fish sack. First time posting, hope the pictures would come out OK and tell the remaining of the story.

At Lake Amador, $9 for daily fishing permit (CA fishing license is still required), $8 for parking, $2 for kayak/float tube. Boat launch costs more.

Thanks for the report.  The two times I went with my Kayak they charged me $8 or 9$ to launch the Kayak like I was a boat.  I guess I'll tell them I have a float tube next time?

For some reason, they aren't slamming nightcrawlers like they were earlier?

white and orange grubs (2" or 3") threaded on a hook with a power egg on top seems to be working real well right now.
