Yea you are probably right. I will save my money and spend it on th e next FIshNchILL.
I was pretty disapointed at the last two years at the San Mateo one, but was promised the SAC one would be way better.  Not sure I can take another disapointment again though...

there will be lotsa crap,,,,just not the kinda crap i want to see, watch, touch or spend money on. I think the people who set it up, must not know what the real future of the sport will be..... so they capitolize on the wealthier and leave the cheap-ass kayak anglers out of the equation= until the first major boat mfgr. puts one out,,,,then it will be the best invention since sliced(white)bread. :smt002
Lets meet in the lot, bust out the yaks, pics, fryer&grill = we'd have all the real_deal anglers out w/us doing a mosh pit!

Yeah, I agree, we don't have to show anything!

I hear the boaters having to talk over engines out there sayin' "FAG" to their buddies as they pass me.
Losers.

I'm just going to go learn what I can to apply OTW in the yak.
Maybe some fly tying demo's etc.
Sucks that kayaks are not featured more, but hey more open water for us!

I love boaters. Especially when they make an obscene comment and suddently their eyes blow wide open when they see me nail a giant striper right next to 'em...its a thing of beauty... :smt003

Im hitting the show up for some tackle deals. I've saved up a little ise cash that needs to be expended.

Yeah, I'll go if I find anyone who wants to carpool.

Jeff, thought you were going skiing on Sunday...or did that change when the Bears won?

I might show up on Saturday. I got some pretty good deals last year on fishing gear even though it was the San Mateo show.  Come to think of it, I bought my revo there.

I was thinking about maybe doing an AR drift in the morning before going to the show. We'll see.
