don't mean to bug...but, here's one more thing I noticed today, when I try to log in, from the "original" screen, it never seems to take my password, even though I make sure I am typing it correctly. I am always prompted to retype in the "wrong password" log in screen.  May be this might be do because my password is too long and the character length in the "original" log in screen is shorter than the other log in screen?
I usually log in via Firefox v3.6.13 on WinXP (sp3), if that makes any difference.

Quick-fix, change your password.
Alt-fix, delete your browsers cache.
Alt2-test, try another browser to see if its firefox or the server

I had this problem myself a couple weeks ago.  After I cleared my cookies and cache, all was good.

Extra work I know but just a thought occasionally I'd like to share a pic. with just one person rather than making a post. Any way that can be added to messages.

Will do but I get to guide so that I can fish too. Most of mine are for scenery though the fish is a bonus :smt003

okay, counted exactly how many characters my password was and it's less than 13. So I typed 20 characters in to the password field and it can take at least 20, didn't try more than that. Cleared cache, cookies, history, everythang, then restarted browser, and it still occurred...
it's all good, don't know, maybe it's just me... :smt009 :smt013

I have encountered a new weird feature-some thread post contents do not show when I pull up a new topic (screenshot attached) there is a post "text bar" and author shown but no text visible.

If I click "quote" it changes to the reply screen and then shows the text that was invisible on the thread screen. Click cancel and return, author shows and place holder box, no text.....any ideas for remedying?
Thanks! - John

Maybe it's our network but it seems jumpy and slower than the previous version.  Could it be the images from the advertisements that's making it jumpy?  Not sure what is happening really.
