Training for 2011 (Chaeki, Video Inside)

Regardless of what sport you do, make sure you get in some exercise and training for next year.  A little bit of exercise will go a long ways on that holiday food!  Merry Xmas & Happy New Year.

Planet Granite right?? My buddy sets routes over there...one of my favorites places to take family and friends and I LOVE the steep wide hands crack over on the back left too....super fun to sprint up that thing!!
 
Yo know anybody who would be interested in some trad/big wall gear...I got doubles/triples of most cams/nuts and my aiders/jugs/haul bag/wall pulley etc that I might as well sell and get $ to buy kayak/fishing/diving gear!!

BigJim: dang.. I'm a newbie, all I have is the shoe and harness.  Just started PG Sunnyvale 6months ago (on 5.10c, can't get passed that) chay-key is how you sound it out.  You have to teach me what you use all that cam/nets/aiders/jugs/pulley/etc are used for. 

iroelikethat:  I am scared he is going to surpass me in everything, I'm a late bloomer.  I think when I was 3, I was playing in the sand pit.

BlackAb:  I can't wait either, with all these new licensing systems in place.  I don't know how he would be able to get his abalone card, he doesn't have a drivers license or ID. HAHAHA

SteveS: If we did that, we would never have to worry about seafood when we are grandpa's.  If your near santa clara, we have to hook up for a playdate, that way we can talk fishing, while they run around acting crazy.

dpshim: I can't wait for you to volunteer to babysit, LOL.  I am going to have to pull the korean older brother seniority on you. LOL
