Sturgeon & Striper scouting at Black Point 12/23

Dave picked me up at 6:30am.  We got baits in Benicia and drove to Black Point to meet Martin there around 7:30am.  It's cold and foggy most of the day.  We hit the water around 8:00am and off the water by 4:30pm.  Martin and I each caught a baby Dungie and Dave caught a nice Skunk    Here are some pictures of the day...

The water is glassy but it's foggy and cold (Martin said it's 48 degree in the morning).

I get cold at 60, 48 would probably kill me

It was freezing ass in Petaluma when I went to work at 8. I was thinking, " I'll bet those guys are freezing thier asses off!" Tides are better next weekend. Merry Christmas you guys.

We look like the bandits didn't we?    This morning the weatherman said it's 38 degree in San Jose while I was driving to work.

Nice try fellas. Sorry no one scored yesterday. I can't believe there would still be crabs in that area even after all this rain.

Nothing to be sorry about.  We're just paying our dues and enjoying freezing our buns OTW
