12/4/10: Fresh fried RockFish in December!!

The newly-adopted regs go into effect in early March each year. So I suspect lingcod will not be shootable until April 1 2011 (early March at the soonest). But we'll be able to shoot em through Dec 31st!

That's OK, I can focus on working on my aim on the smaller rockies/cabs/greenlings...

Too bad I don't like eating perch cuz I see more of them than anything else!!

Saw some toad perch down there though!!

We cooked up four of the Rockies last night for my buddies Freddy, Liz and their two daughters...Freddy had a tumor taken out of his colon recently and is still recovering and has been on a not very tasty diet...he was sooooo happy to eat some tasty rockfish, I thought he was gonna cry or make a mess in his pants!!

Absolutely!
I plan on hittin it a few times at least, this winter. Ive got my gear toether now and am lookin at next weekend if conditions look good. Maybee I can make it down your way. I like the plantains also. Ill have to try that if the fish gods smile on me.
