Marv aka "Shicken" update....

Marv,

I too can feel for you with Sciatica. Chiropractic works, but it is a weekly thing. I've been doing it for ten years now. My lower back is shot with herniated, hardened discs as wll as degenerative disc diease; aka totally messed up. I've had to keep up my core strength by making weight training my lifestyle; four-five days a week. It helps a lot till my back flares up and I can't move at all which comes on at any time with no warning.

I have bad news... it turns out my back pain is probably cancer in a few of the vertebrae. 

I'll update again with more news after further testing.

Damn Marv.  Thats fucked.   Hopefully its isolated in the vertabrae. A friend at work had it there and it turned out OK. Ill keep you in my thoughts buddy.
