Selling an RTM Tempo in excellent condition. Only used 6 times since purchased in 2008. I bought it for my son, but he doesn't like paddling, so I got him a Hobie instead. I need to make room to regain floor space. (It is the green/yellow one in picture #1.)

Super clean hull. Very little scratches. Always garaged. No modification done to it.

Will throw in a $109 fiberglass Carlisle paddle and an Ocean Kayak seat (picture #2).

I purchased it from Texas and had it shipped to me. Total package cost me over $800. I want to sell it at $400. If it doesn't sell here in a week I'll put it on Craigs for $500. Please feel free to ask questions. You're welcome to try it before buying.

(In case you're not familiar with the Tempo, it is made by the same manufacturer that produced the Scupper Pro for Ocean Kayak at one point. RTM produces several kayaks for OK. The Tempo has the same ride characteristics as the Scupper Pro, but with some minor enhancements. This is info I learned from the internet anyway.)

Link to detail pictures of my Tempo... check out how clean it is... http://tinyurl.com/2dnmsu8

Thanks for looking.

Wow...such a great deal!  I'm sure someone here will "adopt" it.  Wish I can convince my wife to add another kayak to my fleet  :smt003

I've seen this kayak, its almost like new and hardly any scratches on the bottom. Its a steal for that price.

At the peak of the gas crisis a couple years ago, I started riding to work twice a week from Hayward to Palo Alto foothills (22 miles). I was exhausted by the time I got to work, so I built this ebike. The panniers house 16 Makita batteries. They're enough to take me from home to work if I pedal just a bit. My bike could go 45mph on the flat  :smt003

that is INSANE, lucky!  very cool.

I'm imagining having to crank that thing up Sand Hill and just about having a coronary.  Very strong incentive to recharge after every ride.     :smt044
