8/14 another NCKA'er get's hit by a white shark at Bean Hollow.....

The attack happened in 20 to 30 FOW....just so you all know.

correction: attack was in 50 FOW

omg... saw solsurf1's report and just got permission to go play tomorrow morning. what a bummer. thx for the headsup.

Glad to hear that the big dog escaped with no injuries. I was all set to fish the Bean tomorrow, but not now. Thank you so much for the heads up.

update - got a call this morning from said "shark wrangler"....got the OK to divulge his identity.

Adam aka Fishunter is alive and fully intact. He has no access to internet so he had me relay the message that he's doing good and is in positive spirits. He will do an interview and recount his shark experience to one of our own before he plans on going to Hollywood or what ever mass media that will chase him down. Hang tight, he'll post what he can when he can...

Y'all are handling this incident with a lot of class. Looking forward to the story straight from Adam.

  For  a while;  It's going to be difficult to  say in the posts that  members are wasting their time  being "unnecessarily worried" about the landlord.

Thank Goodness Adam is ok. Bean is getting a reputation.  Can't wait to hear the story!

It sucks that this happened but at least it happened to a seasoned veteran; someone who knows how to handle things on the big water.
Probably in need of a new wetsuit as well as a kayak.

Glad to hear Adam is fine!!! I've told him many times if he keeps sticking his finger up there one of these days a fish is going to get pissed  I hope he'll listen to me now Anyone want to help me take my ex wife fishing today
