as you may already know I've been trying to be funny for a while now, and a good friend of mine suggested I should check out the open mic (beginners) at Tommy T's every Monday at sign in at 6:30 PM dont worry I will be on stage for only 4 agonizing minutes,  http://tommyts.com/pleasanton/index.html, I would love to see some NCKA bros in there.. I've check out the place and its awesome, plus all alcoholic beverages are happy hour rates all night and you can take bart so no drinking and driving.. I am trying this for the first time a little encouragement will really help..

My advice is have something ready for the heckler.  It will happen eventually... that one drunk guy will think he's funnier than you.  Be prepared.

I went to check the place out and all audience are pretty much friends of other first timer so far everyone was friendly they dont tolerate heckler.. I am hoping for the best preping for the worse..lets hope all goes well.. Thanks
