FYI:

Just saw that West Marine (Oakland) now carries this brand net; in addition to other products from them (gaff & dock hook).

Also, you can get the 'slider' handle at some ACE Hardware stores; I saw it a the one in Castro Valley...

Just ordered mine today. I chose the PVC nylon mesh, but now I am having second thoughts. What netting did you guys order? Either way I don't think it plays too much of a role (or atleast I hope not)  :smt010

I'm looking forward to getting mine... if it makes it! The weather up here is pretty bad and apparently my package was involved in a train derailment!  :smt009

Sonny you are the man!  Thanks again for handling this.  I'm in the city this weekend and driving right by Benecia tomorrow if there is a good time to hook up- otherwise I can paypal you or at least get a check in the mail - no reason for you to have to front all that cheddar any longer than necessary.

PM me if you're around - gonna hit San Pablo Res on Saturday...

Thanks again.
A

I'll get home from work around 9pm on Saturday and it might be too late for you to hang around after fishing in San Ppablo.  I plan to go yak fishing in Sacramento on Monday.  Will know for sure by Saturday.

The nets will be available for picking-up at the AOTY award day (this coming Saturday) and at the Lawson's Clamming hook-up the next day (Sunday).  If you can't make it to either one event above and would like someone else who attend these events pick it up for you please PM me.
