Welcome aboard. There are going to be lots of changes as we get going here. This site is dedicated to bringing together people from all over northern California to enjoy the exciting sport of kayak fishing.

Well I guess since I always forget my own real B-day makes since I would forget this sites B-day. 

Well I would just like to thank everyone for all there contributions to this site over the past year. This site does not work without everyone pitching in, making post, helping out and distributing information about the sport. No matter how scary it might be 

People often say this is my site, it is not. This is OUR site.

well Bill.....since you are the "godfather"  of the site.....we, the NCKA family, had a gift made for you by one of our kayak fisherman artist in honor of the 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY of NCKA. We are hoping to present this "gift" to you when we can all get together sometime soon!

Looking forward to another fun year of fishing with men and women of NCKA

If you stop and think about it, it is amazing how many people you have brought together Bill and how many new friendships your work has created and how much this site has educated everyone who visits it. And in only one years time, EPIC!
Before I logged on this morning I mentioned to my girlfriend how awesome it was to be able to hook up with people who shared the same interests that I do. All due to this site.
It is comforting and refreshing to see that I am not the only one out there who shares this passion ( sickness?).
This is the only site I look at EVERY DAY as long as I have access to a  computer.

I just joined the NCKA group last October, 2007.   I am a lousy kayaker and a worser fisherperson.  Thanks for the best group in the universe.  I don't normally like internet groups.   I hope to meet you in 2008.

Happy B'day to one of the best and closest knit Kayak associations I have a pleasure being a memebr of. Lookign forward to another year of fishing and enjoying good company on the water.
