I'm a' gonna' take my big cast iron pan, pour some olive oil in it, then some chunked organic chicken thighs, followed by onions, bell pepper chunks... oh, I can smell it now.
I finish it with a can of whole black beans thrown in. On the side will be sliced tomatoes, 'cados, cheese, cilantro, and corn tortillas. You heat up a tortilla on the grill and slop a little bit of everything in it, then you close your eyes and go "mmmmm."
And don't get your hand near my mouth!
