Mooch Update

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance

Thanks for all the continued support and the well wishes The nurses at the infusion center have all commented on my positive and upbeat attitude though out the chemo process. I just simply tell 'em that my family is no stranger to cancer and that I have THE BEST support group ever = NCKA.ORG

Today, my infusion started at 9AM and ended at 7PM...it was a long day. A couple hours were added to the process - another blood test before chemo treatment and another hour added to the additional treatment of Zometa to treat the cancer that was found in my bones. Yet I found the energy to "represent" the HAC gang sign....it's my way of showing support to my fellow HAC who's also currently going through chemo too = Marv "Shicken"....stay strong my fellow "Hella Asian Crew" member...

Just got back a few hours ago from my 6th chemo - the last one - I'm hoping. It was another long day - (9AM to 7:PM). Got a follow up appointment this Friday the 10th for the prognosis. The wait is stressfull but I'm staying positive.

One think I've learned from this chemo experience is that normality is severely under rated.
Be thankful for family / friends, being (staying) healthy, for holding down a job, and having a roof over your head.
