went again and first drop i get snagged on the cages. go to pull it free and snap my rod breaks in half :smt011 what the heck ive had this rod for 10 years might try and sent it in its a shimano probly not even worth it thow... Either way I paddle back to the car and find the ever fixer upper DUCK TAPE...  :smt005 :smt005 :smt003
I tape the sucker together and fish the next three hours for a really slow bite 6 others out there 3 boats and 3 float tubes no one getting jack really. I ended the day with 10 fish and that was it.

As far as the duck tape I've fixed way too many things with the DT, more than I'd like to share but you should check out the Mythbusters Duct Tape episode where the build a functioning cannon and a boat out of duct tape!
