I might just be Abel to take the Alien Yak out of storage for a future sturgeon hunt... how often will you be going out in 2006?

Not sure how often I'll be going... I'd say once or twice a month provided there's enough WAF.

Guess what guys... and gal.... We don't have a single entry in the sturgeon pool yet, so don't forget to register before going out this month.  You could be the lucky one!

Erik.... I also thought about keeping a low profile on the sturgeon pot (currently $45)... but I was hoping to sucker in a few more participants to bump it up to match some of our other pots going over $100.

It'll be all mine in a few weeks anyways !!! :smt112

OK... here's the drill...

Leonard's Bait in Port Sonoma opens at 6:30 and they do have ghost shrimp.

I'm planning to be there at 6:30 to get bait then launch across the way at Black Point.  I'd like to be in the water between 7 and 7:30 to paddle out at low tide before the incoming tide gets very strong.  Planning to paddle out to the flats but if the river looks fishy, might try there.

Erik - you can get your stuff ready first, launch, and then paddle over to Leonard's.

Still trying to see if I can make it...

That's a better idea yet...  good call.

So... launch around 6:30 and paddle over to Leonards...  that's the plan.
