It looks like another great job setting that up Adam. Wished I could have been there for this one, too much work at home to get done and Friday was my only day to get out. Congrats to Stormscrambler for the nice halibut and what a great painting Guitarzan. I bet the fish got a glance at the ominous looking fishing weapons on the grass and swam away. Those pictures of all the kayaks ready to fish are awesome. Thanks for sharing the moments!!

THANKS to Adam and Barb for setting up this 2nd annual hook-up.  We'll all be looking forward to ity again next year.  As always, thanks to Hojoman for capturing the fun with his camera.

The fishing was slow, but that was no big deal considering that weather was perfect and good food and great company was waiting on shore.

CONGRATS to James for landing the biggest butt and earning that super-cool Guitarzan painting.

Yes, congrats indeed to my Del Valle fishing buddy James who is having a break-out year. First yak butt is always something to remember. Really had a great time dragging little smelt around on a beautiful day on the bay. Almost fell asleep on a couple of the drifts. Many thanks to Adam and Barbara for organizing. Didn't feel too bad about the skunk since the weather, company and food were great and the "luminaries" got skunked also. :smt005
