Dave picked me up around 5am and we caught up with Martin on HW680.  OTW around 8am and enjoyed a gorgeous day in the cove.  Met a couple of NCKAers and local guys outside the cove.  It's a slow day for catching but who can complain with beautiful scenery and good weather!  Dave caught a 23" Ling and a "cute" Gopher.  Martin managed a Copper and a nice size Vermilion.  I caught about 1/2 dozen RF or so.  Thank you Dave for the ride and Martin for the home made lures.  It's my pleasure fishing with you guys and many other NCKAers!  Here are some pictures of the day...

Nice post and pictures Sonny. Its great to be fishing with you guys. The new dry suit made its maiden voyage, total kudos. People were starting to talk that I wouldn't wade in to launch. From now on, I won't leave home without it. My fishing performance suffered from lack of preparation, leaves lots of room for improvement. Thanks to Martin for sharing his catch. Should of accepted Sonny's offer just so he wouldn't have so many to clean. I know his commute to work starts early. Here are some shots from my lens. Martin navigating the forest, Sonny on the hunt and two of the underwater world.

Sorry for the late post.  Still Water was amazing.  There's not much more to be said than what Sonny and Dave posted.  Here are a few more pictures from a guy who now knows what it feels like to paddle a yak all day vs pedaling one.  The mirage drive is not an asset in heavy kelp like they have at Still Water.  I had my drive out of the well nearly the entire day.  Paddling was OK but I don't plan to leave the "Dark Side".
