I can confirm, he did in fact scream when the fish came at his face. It was crazy. This thing was jumping as high as his head!! Quinn and I just stood there like, awwww yeah, we're having fish for dinner.... but instead we had tri tip haha. It happens that way sometimes, and the tri tip turned out good anyway.

The weather was great and we had a great time, can't wait to go back!!

another great report, totally entertaining. Sometimes I think the trout are taught ninjitsu, and the lingcod are coached in power swimming.

  As long as Quinn had a good time, the trip was a success!  I think he definitely has the "Madness"  about him.  Ninja trout?  OMG I was laughing.  I can't wait to get back to CA. and start participating in these outings again!
  Don't worry, using the DR will get easier, I had one on my 12' boat so I had some experience using one already when I mounted one to my OB.
