La Jolla Trip date changed to 3/11-3/13

Kevin and I decided to push back the date to to make it easier for more guys to schedule the time to off to go.  The plan is still to target yellowtail and white sea bass.

As this time, the group will likely include me, Kevin, Sean, Joel, JD, Ken "kickfish", and Bill.

Kevin is looking into nearby hotels.  The plan is still to leave late Thursday night and arrive early enough to launch Friday morning.

All are welcome.  It should be lots of fun!

Ok work is taken care of for me, I have to double check at home but I think I am good.

Is camping by the beach an option?  

I was wondering the same thing.  I'm game if we can find somewhere fairly close.

Who else is up for camping?

I am up for camping but I have no gear other than a borrowed sleeping bag.

Bill, I have an extra tent, pad, and anything else you might need.  You're welcome to it.

Mmmmm grilled YT on the beach!

i'm definitely out on that weekend...project i've been working on for two years finally goes live.....

I don't think there is any camping nearby.

Just spoke with Chuck.  Assuming the weather clears up and there are decent fishing reports, we are on for the weekend of 3/11.  We should probably make a decision and book hotels by the 4th or 5th.

Can I get an updated poll of who is in?  List or PM your email address and we can coordinate the rest of the trip via email.

What time you guys leaving on friday? I-5 down the route?

we'll meet at a central location (probably in the East Bay) and car pool.
