Responsibility is over-rated! With the time you have put in there you had to catch one sooner or later. Congrats!  :smt006

BTW, the kid
behind you must live around the area. LOL   He was there last
Saturday also on the very same spot.

jed..that was hardly a kid.. me dave, sonny, and martin saw him coming in this past monday too..
I accidentally dragged his pole into the water as I paddled under his line.. (i forgot that my rods stored vertically behind me...oops)
he was nice enough about it and I should have apologized quicker but I didn't think he should have been fishing there..
sorry for the thread jack...

great pic allen..btw did you have to release from your anchor on those fights?

thanks for the report. I am stuck working in East Coast but good to see action still good back west.

Slacker Yes. That blue thingy is my high priced rod balancer ...I can make you one too. Piece of pool noodle and two rubber bands...pretty high tech

Nice work.  I'm a little bummed that there's no picture of the "basketball head" though.   :smt002

Hey Allen! Is that also a Revo Toro you used? When I landed my fish, I didn't think
the reel was strong enough but it was. I didn't feel any stress at all on the reel.

Didn't you hear...? It's a new rule that handicaps you for the amount that you get out. That's just the price you pay for getting out so often. Got to make things fair for the little guys that can't get out...  :smt003
