Yakhopper,
count me in too.  I'll probably come up early Friday or Saturday, not sure yet. I'll figure out the camping situation when I get there. Hopefully someone has room for one more vehicle in their site. I only need room to park my van.

You're welcome to park at my site Jonesz #78.  :smt006
I wouldn't go so far as to call a lingcod filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a lingcod's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I'm going to try to roll in with my son on Thurs night or Friday. We won't be able to stay for the Sunday festivities, but it will be great to meet some of you. Does anyone know if we can pull in late on Thursday w/o reservations (no gate that gets locked)?

Lake fishing is totally new to us. I guess we want a minnow bucket and some minnows? What lures would we want? Thanks guys!

Ross
not sure about the gate,,,,,I ain't no pro,but if the fish are in the warm shallows & tullie, gotta go with a SENKO or the real bass guys toss jigs w/trailers(beaver-tail/sweet beaver type stuff to slow the drop)
if you know swimbait or rip-baits, they do that too and get the big ones.
if it's still cold and they ain't looking for love.....we're gonna needs some minnows(Fastop in Lakeport has them)

Yes, will arrive Friday night. Two vehicles allowed so I have room for your van if you want to park there.

Save a copy of the waiver for me Adam and you and mooch can hang at #78 since I am allowed to have 8 people. However, I declared that I was by myself when I reserved the site. I don't know if they will be sticklers about the number of people.

Quick question for the North Bay guys.  When I use Google maps, they have me taking HW 29 instead of HW 101.  It says it will be like 10-15 minutes faster.  Not having any experience with HW 29, should I follow their directions?  Any advice would be appreciated.

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.
