Zilla and I were on the West side. Shoulder still hurting I didn't feel like dealing with the chop so we decided to bail and bbq'd a nice tri tip and watched a basketball game instead.
There was quite a difference between the east and west side from what I could tell on the drive home.
Way to stick it out. There were some decent snow flurries on the west side on the way home.

Good stuff Ben!  Ya don't know how good you got it my friend.

BTW, were you pinning the minnows straight onto the spoon or onto a hook?

I like to fish with Dennis since he's a little bit crazy and he primarily jigs.  None of that trolling stuff for me!  Ask him what he thinks of Gene St. Denis and Blue Ribbon Charters and you'll get an earful!

We went out on sunday with less success but it was a much better weather day.

Were you able to replace the batteries in the GPS and get his coordinates? :smt003

Wow, that is one thorough report brother! Congrats on jigging up a few rat Macks in some beautiful Tahoe winter weather! I just have one question for you, What does this quote about Gene have to do with YOU catching fish? Do you know Gene or have been out with him before? No offense here, but Gene is a friend of mind and to see this is reely irritating! These are public forums and ANYONE might read your reports, so you might want to watch your tongue in the future brother :smt011 Good luck, Eric :smt001

No, I have nothing against gene at all, just funny to listen to Dennis talk about him!  Even without my prodding :)

Gene just does what he has to for his job.  Sometimes he gets a little out of hand on the forums, and that's a bit irritating too.

I know you see his reports too, and can tell that he comes off a bit...strong in the things he says. Dennis' complaints about gene are with his online persona, not with him as a person. After all, they are technically competing businessmen.

The only reason I don't fish with him is I don't like to troll, i'd rather do the work than have the guide do it for me.
