Are those purple sea urchins eatable?

Uni delectables at the 3:00 mark.  But watch the whole thing if you have time, bluestar - sharing a special food like uni with good friends at an annual gathering is the real prize.   

I have to say, the Uni with the soy sauce was great.  Right from the urchin had a bit of fear factor thrown in.  Not as fear factor as FishMaster1's balut puke at GMS 5! LOL

smear a couple of spoon full of uni over a bowl of some steaming rice. And as a side sauce, mix some lemon, soyu and little dab of wasabi and you are good to go......good stuff right there 

Why wait until the beach....enjoy these spiny delicacies sittn' on the yak with a cold one and your buddies after the dive, but  you take some back to the landlocked folks to share. Personally, no lemon or extras. I use my ab gauge to pull em off the rock.  Great vid Matt, thanks.
