Jeff, brother, I'm gonna vote you THE OFFICIAL NCKA TACKLE WHORE  :smt002

I seriously doubt anyone in NCKA can challange your "inventory"  :smt003 (great selection though!!!!)

Your lure photos just inspired me to do an updated "what's you top 10 favorite lures that can catch multi species in freshwater" (will post in general fishing tips)

Sometimes after getting all these together I wonder if I put all my gear as a lot on Ebay how much I'd get. But I have to smack myself with a fishing pole to tell myself NO!

Got my trout stuff together. I don't have a big collection, but i do have a few things.

I need to upgrade some rockfishing stuff. Some big grubs and a 3oz jig. They are kind of nasty. Must have some water in the plano box all winter. This stuff will probably go in the garbage soon.

Not nearly what you paid for it!

Most of the stuff was from Ebay. Brand new, but paying $1 less per lure adds up

I notice despite the volume of gear, all your stuff is proven, fish-catching stuff...

You don't fool around.

Funny thing is, there is maybe only a handful of lures that I always end up using. I need to get some of these baits wet or they need to go in the classifieds!

Jeff, here's my entire trout / pan fish kit.....I feel kinda small all of a sudden :smt003

I actually used this kit strickly for stream fishing...back in my back packing days. I dusted it off cause one of the first things I wanna do in Ketchikan is to find a stream and fish for native bows  :smt007 May need to add a shotgun in my kit just in case I run into the "Mayor" of the woods (a human killing bear :smt002)

Mooch get a 44 magnum or a Glock 40.  You don't need to make long shots and the slug is a better stopper/

I'm serious.

Allen, I hear revolvers are better cause they don't jam. I do like the glocks though  :smt007

*Jeff, sorry for the threadjack.

Its all good, you should look into the Judge, my boss owns one, even though its not legal in california its pretty sweet.

It shoots .410 shotgun shells and .45 colt cartridge and is a handgun. Good for close range surprises and still have the long range shots as well

Jeff, I did hear of that gun - thanks for the link. Maybe I should start a new thread about Bears and Guns in Alaska.

Mooch, get an automatic pistol. Those revolvers hurt when the doctor has to remove it from your rectum after the bear jams it up there.  :smt044
